Job Description

Designation : Assistant Manager Location : Corporate Office, Ahmedabad Monitor and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs. Also, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, and company policies. Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps. Manage and coordinate litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Implement Litigation strategies. Collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders. Review, negotiate, and draft contracts with vendors, customers, and partners. Ensure contractual compliance and minimize legal risk. Provide legal advice to business teams on regulatory, compliance, and contractual matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification : LLB/LLM Experience : Minimum 4/5 years in Legal department (preferred if worked with Pharmaceutical organization) Required Skills : - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
