Detailed Job Description: We are looking for a smart, articulate and experienced learning & development professional who is passionate about all things related to training. Must-Have Technical Skills: Facilitation Skills You have proven experience & expertise in facilitating training programs on behavioral skills Content Creation You have hands-on experience of creating content, knowledge of Adult learning styles, ability to design exercises, activities, tests for validating the effectiveness of training You are conversant with different forms of training delivery - e-learning, classroom, micro-learning. Must- Have Behavioral Skills: Communication Skills You possess excellent articulation ability and are able to explain complex points in clear and concise manner to listeners Interpersonal Skills You are very comfortable to work closely with different stakeholders/ departments and ensure that your timelines are met Task Orientation You must be high on task orientation. Deadlines are extremely important for you and you are someone who ensures that the task assigned is finished before time. Time management โ You are someone who is able to prioritize and multi-task with ease Planning and organizing skill โ You are proactive and are great at planning and organizing and delivering as task on time Eye for Detail โ You are someone who has a very keen for detail and works well under pressure Roles and Responsibilities: This role will require you to manage the following: Communications and Tracking of the L&OD yearly Calendar Co-ordinating end to end process of all learning programmes Designing brochures, developing content and delivering inhouse training programme Seeking nominations for training progs. and managing end to end process of running a training programme Co-ordinating for external training programmes Driving and monitoring the e-learning initiative in the Company Handling the induction process and compliances Feedback evaluations and monitoring impact of programmes Designing and conducting employee engagement and fun at work activities Co-ordinating with HR partners of 3 locations for cascading engagement and training initiatives Designing and conducting organization wide surveys Working on monthly reports and analysis Designing and executing Rewards and Recognition programmes for the Company. Being involved in employee feedbacks, townhalls, focused group discussions. Managing all POSH related activities of communications, quarterly meetings etc. Academics and Experience : Graduate or Post graduate degree, preferably in HR. Minimum of 5+ years of overall industry experience as a trainer or facilitator role in a corporate organization or in a training consultancy Additional certification specific to Learning and development will be a definite plus
