Job Overview: The Assistant Manager - Key Accounts will be responsible for managing and growing existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key clients. The role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2B Order Processing Screen all purchase orders for MRP, tax, margin, and HSN codes. Manage B2B purchase orders with efficient coordination with warehouses to ensure timely dispatch. Ensure timely stock dispatch from warehouses to partners. Communicate daily with warehouse teams regarding sales order creation, return management, and purchase order dispatch TAT. 2. Vendor Management Maintain strong relationships with vendors and follow up on POs regularly. Coordinate PO appointment requests from multiple warehouses. Track GRN (Goods Receipt Note) reports and follow up on inwarding, GRNs, and rejections with over 20 warehouse SPOCs. Ensure manual appointment requests for every PO from each warehouse and confirm delivery within the provided slot dates. Manage multiple follow-ups with partners during MRP changes to revise POs based on stock availability at warehouses. 3. MIS Reporting & Updates Prepare and share daily MIS reports for B2B partners. Conduct sales vs. stock analysis for different partners. Track and update MRP revisions in collaboration with IT, SCM, and warehouse teams to prevent PO shortfalls. Coordinate with warehouse and SCM teams for new product launches and new size additions to ensure timely PO fulfillment. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in B2B operations, supply chain, or order management. Strong understanding of purchase order management, vendor coordination, and warehouse operations. Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
