Assistant Manager-IT

As a member of the Information Technology team at Courtyard Mumbai International Airport, your role is to support the property's technology Information Resources objectives. You will assist in technology planning, decision-making, implementation, and maintenance while collaborating with vendors, owners, and property staff. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing computer systems to set up functions - Monitoring and managing property-based systems - Analyzing information to propose solutions - Maintaining equipment and infrastructure to ensure functionality at all times To qualify for this position, you should have either a 2-year degree or a 4-year bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related major, along with relevant professional experience. Certification as a trainer is preferred for candidates with a bachelor's degree. Additional responsibilities will include: - Administering and maintaining mail and email systems - Managing IT hardware and software inventories - Providing Internet and cable management support - Generating systems communications for property users You will be instrumental in managing projects, policies, and maintaining information systems and technology goals in alignment with brand standards and requirements. Your tasks will involve developing specific goals, prioritizing tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and budget constraints, and overseeing project execution to meet specifications and deadlines.
