Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India for an Assistant Manager IR & Admin. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving analytical and communication skills, customer service, finance, and accounting. The role includes managing industrial relations, handling administrative duties, and ensuring smooth operations of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills are required
• Experience in Customer Service is beneficial
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Ability to manage industrial relations and administrative tasks
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse team environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
