Roles and Responsibilities Conduct patent infringement analysis using various tools such as Google Patents, Lexis Nexis, Thomson Innovation, etc. Perform prior art search to identify existing patents and assess their relevance to new inventions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Legal to provide strategic guidance on intellectual property matters. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor landscape to inform business decisions. Provide expert advice on patentability assessment, freedom-to-operate opinions, and litigation support. Desired Candidate Profile 6-10 years of experience in Intellectual Property Management (IPM) or related field. MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a reputed institution with any specialization. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
