What will you do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of innovation programs

  (workshops, bootcamps, accelerators, demo days), including scheduling, logistics, communications, participant onboarding, and follow-up.

• Develop and track comprehensive program plans

  in collaboration with the Director International Programs and program leads, ensuring adherence to milestones, budgets, KPIs, and timelines.

• Manage participant and stakeholder experience

  , addressing queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring seamless delivery across all program modules.

• Maintain program dashboards, documentation, and status reports

  , and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.

• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/partners

  to ensure all delivery componentsvenue, technology, catering, speakersare well-coordinated and compliant with internal standards.

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or Post-Graduate certification preferred.

Years of Relevant Experience

4 years of total work experience.

Work Experience Role Types

Minimum 3 years in project management, incubation, or program execution roles.
