Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Implement of lean manufacturing systems in Assemble process 2. Optimize the throughput Time & Man Hrs for productivity improvement. 3. Plan for Facility requirement for next 3 years plan 4.To check and update Process Study and Std. Time updation in SAP. 5. To validate the Routing existing process time in SAP & correct the abnormalities_ 6. To improve and validate the Method & work Study data & suggest for Continuous improvements with Cost Savings. 7. To Facilitate and Improve Assembly Layout Design for better Process & Product flow. 8. Product wise Installed Capacity plan releasing, Manpower requirement planning for Mfg. demand plan projections. 9. Process Control Documents of SOP, PFC & PFMEA preparation for all process. 10. To implement 5S & TQM Systems towards improvements & Standardization. 11. To define & Implement the Ergonomics Safety process with Production Requirement. Preferred candidate profile 1. Knowledge in Heavy machineries industries in assembly processes. 2. 10 to 12 Years Experience in Mfg. 3. Knowledge in 5S & TQM processes , Layout Design with Autocad system 4. Projects Handling & Time line execution , SAP Process & MS office working skills 5. Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering 6.Good in Communication & Presentation Skills 7. Hands on experience industrial manufacturing processes. 8.Upgrade process Facilities & ROI Methodology
