Job Description

Documentation and customs clearance: Preparing and processing documentation for export and import shipments, such as packing lists, Bills of lading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and verify & approve Shipping bills and Bills of Entry for filing. Pre-alert and Post shipment documents: Send the pre-alert to customer / Project Manger and arrange documents as per customer requirement. Liaison: Liaising with stakeholders, such as CHA, customs officials, forwarding agents, and government authorities, to ensure timely clearance and shipment of cargo. Shipment planning: Planning shipments according to buyers' estimated time of arrival and departure Air & Sea : Booking space with shipping lines. Tracking and Monitor shipments: Track inbound and outbound shipments to prevent delays. Service Bill processing: Process the service provider invoices as per the agreed/approved rate. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and international trade. Knowledge: Having knowledge of Incoterm, Letter of Credit, Foreign trade policy and procedure, customs and insurance documentation, customs duty calculation, Logistics and freight industry. Qualification : Any Degree / Degree in SCM / Diploma in Export-Import Management
