Job Description

Oversee and manage hybrid paddy seed production activities across Rajasthan state.

Plan, coordinate, and execute all field operations from sowing to harvesting processes.
Ensure timely payments and maintain strong relationships with farmers.
Identify and develop new production areas to enhance production capacity.
Monitor crop performance, pest and disease management, and ensure quality standards

are met.

Implement and ensure adherence to the company’s production SOPs and agronomic

practices.

Lead and guide a team of a minimum of five production officers to achieve production

targets.

Prepare periodic production reports, data summaries, and presentations for

management review.

Key Skills

Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and reporting skills.
Sound technical knowledge of hybrid paddy seed production and field operations.
