Key Responsibilities: During Implementation Phase HR Data Migration : Execute all tasks related to the migration of HR data into Workday, ensuring smooth and accurate transitions. Data Management : Maintain and manage the master Excel reference file, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. Collaboration : Work closely with local HR teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies, improving overall data quality. Data Mapping : Extract, analyze, and map data from multiple systems into the Workday framework, ensuring alignment with system requirements. Testing and Validation : Validate data accuracy during migration, conduct thorough testing of interfaces, and resolve issues to ensure system readiness. Coordination with Consultants : Partner with the external Data Lead Consultant to align strategies, timelines, and deliverables for successful implementation. Post-Implementation Phase HRIS Administration : Serve as the primary administrator for Workday on a global scale, ensuring optimal system functionality. System Enhancements : Work with the HRIS Manager to collect, analyze, and implement requests for system enhancements, updates, or new features. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the HRIS Regional Representatives, ensuring they follow best practices and maintain data standards. Data Governance : Oversee ongoing data quality management and ensure compliance with global data governance standards. System Integration : Manage data collection, integration, and updates for new modules, enhancements, or system changes.
