Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - HR (BHR) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and key BHR activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Operations: Manage employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Ensure HR compliance with labour laws and company policies. Handle HRMS and other HR-related systems efficiently. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and manage the hiring process for key roles. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and improve employer branding. 3. Employee Relations (ER): Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide resolutions. Support disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and policy adherence. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. 4. Business HR (BHR) Activities: Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies. Implement HR programs that drive performance, retention, and career development. Conduct regular HR analytics and reports to support decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate /MBA in HR or equivalent qualification. 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS and data-driven decision-making.
