Role & responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Work closely with business stakeholders to participate in business planning and strategy development. Ensure HR strategy aligns with business priorities and contributes to the development of business unit (BU) strategies and roadmaps. Organizational Development: Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and skills assessments. Support leaders in meeting business objectives through effective HR and talent practices, adding value to business functions. Talent and Engagement: Drive and lead employee engagement initiatives to create a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performance environment. Implement integrated talent management initiatives, focusing on learning & development, talent management, and HR operations. Policy Development and Compliance: Provide guidance on formulating BU-specific HR policies and systems, ensuring adherence to group guidelines. Regularly update HR practices in line with changing business dynamics. Change Management: Provide insights on change management strategies and programs, including the establishment of a change management program office at the BU level.
