Job Description

ROLE: Assistant Manager Human Capital (State) Recruitment & Onboarding: - 1. Identify new sources for hiring quality talent for the assigned and tie up with the company. 2. Screening of applications as per job requirement. 3. Must have knowledge of bulk recruitment / walk in. 4. Coordinate with the line for interviews in selection process. 5. Induction and completing joining formalities of all new Joinees covering HR policies and procedures. 6. Preparation of MIS of new joinees. Training: 1. Facilitating training for all the new joinee in the state 2. Coordinating the induction for new joinees from all departments 3. Ensuring that there is no untrained staff in the state 4. Coordinate with respective branch manager and regional managers to formulate training needs. 5. Training Planning, Scheduling, Execution & Implementation of Training Plans. Providing Training induction to new joiners. 6. MIS & Training Documentation. Other HR Generalist Role 1. Completing all S&E Registration of branches in State 2. Ensuring all employees compliances of branches in state. 3. Completing all exit formalities of the employees. 4. Be the first point of contact for any grievance for employees 5. Role, department, Locations, Grades & Levels creation on HRIS 6. Organize engagement activities for the employees 7. Visiting at least 3 centers in a month 8. Ensuring all branch visit in state. ** Management can assign/add any other task as per the business requirement.
