Job Description

Male candidate only The Assistant Manager HR (Payroll) will be responsible for overseeing statutory compliance and labour law adherence across the organization. This role involves managing payroll-related compliance, ensuring timely filing of returns, and providing legal guidance to maintain a compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR statutory requirements, labour laws, and factory compliances, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Roles and Responsibilities Manage statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity Acts, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus Act etc. Ensure timely filing of returns with relevant authorities such as ESI Act & Factory Compliance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records of employee data for payroll processing. Provide guidance on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all operations. Desired Candidate Profile 5-9 years of experience in Human Resources or related field ( preferably from construction industry) MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of Compliance, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, ABCD form filling procedures.
