Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment Strategy : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet plant staffing needs across various roles, including blue-collar and white-collar positions. 2. Interview Coordination & Selection : Organize and conduct interviews, assist in the selection process, and ensure that candidate expectations align with the role and company culture. 3. Onboarding : Oversee the onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and initial training for new hires. 4. Labor Law Compliance : Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws, including the Minimum Wages Act, Industrial Disputes Act, EPF (Employee Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance), Gratuity, and other applicable labor laws 5 . Statutory Documentation : Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and documents related to employee benefits, payments, and welfare. 6. Audit Support : Prepare for and support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 7. Vendor Identification & Selection : Identify, evaluate, and select staffing vendors and agencies that meet the plants manpower needs, ensuring they adhere to compliance and quality standards. 8 . Manpower Planning : Collaborate with vendors to plan and manage temporary and contract labor needs, including peak season requirements and overtime scheduling. 9. Payment Processing : Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with the agreed terms, and managing any discrepancies or issues. 10. Data Management : Maintain and update HR databases with recruitment, compliance, and vendor-related information. Required Qualifications & Skills : Candaitate should have MBA in HR/IR or MSW Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
