We are hiring an experienced and structured HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR processes for a 60+ employee organization. The role includes Payroll, Compliance, HRMS (Keka), Employee Lifecycle, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and oversight of Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of independently managing HR with strong ownership.Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, separationsEnsure accurate HR documentation, employee files, and statutory recordsManage attendance, leave, time-tracking and discipline adherence (9 AM–6 PM shift)Maintain and update employee data in HRMSCoordinate with Finance, IT, Admin for lifecycle processesPayroll & Compliance
Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy and timely closureEnsure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment ActMaintain statutory registers, compliance files, and audit-ready documentationCoordinate with Finance for payroll inputs, reconciliations, and auditsConduct regular HR audits for compliance and process checksHRMS Management (Keka Preferred)
Manage HRMS workflows: attendance, leave, approvals, regularizationsEnsure accuracy of HRMS data across all modulesTrain employees and managers on HRMS usage and processesIdentify gaps and drive HR automation to reduce manual tasksTalent Acquisition Oversight
Support sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure of key rolesManage recruitment agencies and control hiring costsMaintain hiring trackers, interview scorecards, and candidate MISStrengthen employer branding on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platformsShare weekly hiring updates with managementEmployee Engagement, Culture & Retention
Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activitiesConduct pulse surveys and feedback sessionsHandle employee grievances with confidentiality and fairnessSupport retention initiatives and culture-building programsPerformance Management
Manage annual appraisal cycles, mid-year reviews, and goal-settingAssist managers with KPI setting and performance documentationTrack performance issues and support PIP implementationMaintain appraisal records and ensure timelines are followedHR Policies & Process Improvement

Must-Have Skills
