The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering principles to effectively support talent development initiatives. Skilled in storyboarding and creating compelling presentations for leadership reviews and stakeholder engagements. Proven experience in project management, ensuring successful execution of talent development programs and initiatives. Ability to design and implement creative employee engagement activities at scale to enhance workforce morale and productivity. Demonstrated expertise in utilizing general consulting skills to assess organizational needs and deliver tailored HR solutions. Scope of role is at central CoE level, which requires HR domain knowledge and experience, with ability to ideate, storyboard, create leadership decks for review, manage budgets across locations for all employee engagement and initiatives and will include touchpoints across employee life cycle ranging from Onboarding to employee listening to employee experience, connects, engagements, central initiatives for all employees, AI led talent transformation projects, etc.
