Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle bulk hiring for kitchen staff, including CDP, DCDP, Commis, and Catering Supervisors. Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs. Ensure a smooth recruitment process by optimizing sourcing channels and reducing TAT. Maintain a high offer-to-join ratio through proactive candidate engagement. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, and exits. Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to understand workforce requirements. Work on retention strategies to enhance workforce stability and reduce attrition. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. Utilize data-driven insights for recruitment planning and decision-making. Key Requirements: Experience in QSR, food retail, hospitality, or high-volume hiring. Strong knowledge of recruitment, workforce planning, and HR operations. Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Go-getter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel & HR systems for managing recruitment data and processes.
