About Company: Profectus Capital (NBFC ND SI) provides secured financial solutions to MSMEs. We offer Cluster Specific Term Loans, Working Capital Term Loans, Supply Chain Financing Solutions and NBFC and MFI Funding. We commenced our business in September 2017 and as of March 2021, we have financed 1300+ MSMEs in our 20 operational Branch locations. We aim to be the first choice lender to all MSMEs in our clusters. Role & responsibilities : Managing Labour Law Compliances & Coordinating with vendor for timely completion of activities. Maintaining & regularly tracking status of Shops & Establishment RC, Trade License & Notices received from authorities and coordinating with vendor for quick closure. Handl notices received from concerned authority regarding Profession Tax & other Labour Law Acts. Monthly updating the Tracker for labour law activities and other statutory compliance. Taking care of all statutory display notices at branch as per compliance norms and in case of any update intimate branch manager to display the revised compliance documents and get the acknowledgement. Vendor contract tracking and Invoice processing for entire HR department. Handling queries of employees regarding PF & ESIC and coordinating with vendor for quick closure. Preferred candidate profile : Candidate having a good understanding of labour law compliance and managing end to end compliance activity. Candidate should have handled labour audit. Good coordination skills and data management skills Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in managing labour law compliance and statutory compliance.
