Payroll Review review of work done by the payroll team including the deliverables
Payroll Reports inExcel (CTC Reco, Variance Analysis etc)
Team Handling Working Planning and Scheduling, Team Coordination etc
Team Leading workdivision, team motivation and moral
Client liaison -Should be independently able to do Client Communication and Coordination
Process improvement Continually refine payroll process
Reporting Matrices develop and monitor Key Matrices for Payroll process
Regulations knowledge of all relevant regulations for payroll including PF, ESI, Gratuityetc
Team leading
Proficient in MSOffice-especially Excel
Good written andverbal communication
Team management andallocation of routine work
Client management
