We’re seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support departmental operations, lead a small team, and help drive efficiency and results in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Ensure smooth workflow, meet departmental targets, and improve processes where possible.
- Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Handle customer or client interactions, resolve issues promptly, and uphold service standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
