The Order Fulfillment Executive will be responsible for managing and completing customer orders accurately and on time. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. About the Role:The Order Fulfillment Executive will be responsible for managing and completing customer orders accurately and on time. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. Key Responsibilities:Order ProcessingReceive and process customer orders from the system (website, marketplaces, or internal tools). Verify product availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking and packing. Ensure all orders are processed with accuracy, including correct product, quantity, and packaging. Dispatch & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for timely pickup and dispatch. Generate shipping labels, invoices, and required documents for dispatch. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers. Inventory ManagementUpdate stock levels in the system after order processing. Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the operations team. Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Quality & AccuracyPerform quality checks before shipment to ensure items match order requirements. Follow packaging standards to prevent product damage. Customer CoordinationShare order status updates with the customer support team. Resolve order-related issues such as delays, missing items, or incorrect shipments in coordination with relevant teams. ReportingMaintain daily order fulfillment reports. Update order dispatch and delivery status in system dashboards. Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce logistics (preferred). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order management tools). Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
