Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Review Periodically the operations to reduce costs & optimization use of available resources. 2. Address & resolve issues between customers, customer & retailers, customers & security. 3. Handle grievances without any issues. 4. Strive to an incident free shopping experience. 5. Regular Guard patrolling of duties to ensure any unauthorized access & effective CCTV monitoring to prevent any incidents inside the premises. 6. Conduct regular checks/ patrolling to avoid unauthorized access inside mall & parking areas. Follow-up on all security procedures on a regular basis. 7. Quarterly Security Fire audits, annually fire drills, Weekly empty store audits. 8. Behavioral Training to the security work force on all aspects pertaining to mall standards. Effective communication, Customer interaction, body language, Fire & safety, ERT. 9. Recruitment of quality manpower as per standards. 10. Biannual joint exercise conducted with various govt enforcement agencies to check the preparedness of mall security thwarting any attempts of sabotage.
