Financial Restructuring

ocation:

Role Overview

Financial Restructuring team

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain
complex financial models
from scratch to support restructuring engagements.
Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and operational data to provide actionable insights.
Utilize
Power BI
and
Alteryx
for data visualization and automation of financial processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver restructuring solutions for clients in the MENA region.
Prepare and deliver
high-quality presentations
for internal and client meetings.
Support senior leadership in business development and client relationship management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
6–10 years in financial consulting, corporate finance, or restructuring.
Strong expertise in
financial modeling
(including building models from scratch).
Proficiency in
Power BI
and
Alteryx
for data analytics and visualization.
Prior experience in
consulting
or advisory roles.
Excellent
presentation and communication skills
.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Exposure to
MENA region projects
is an advantage.

Education

CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

Additional Information

Initial posting in
Kochi / Trivandrum
for 6 months, with potential relocation or travel thereafter.
Opportunity to work on high-impact projects with global clients.
