Assistant Manager- Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager Finance (Semi-Qualified) with a strong accounting and compliance background, particularly in Accounts Payable, TDS, GST, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including vendor payments, reconciliations, and validations.
• Ensure accurate calculation, deduction, and filing of TDS, and compliance with statutory timelines.
• Oversee GST input/output reconciliation, returns, and documentation.
• Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely financial closures and accurate accounting entries.
• Handle vendor queries, ledger scrutiny, and periodic reconciliations.
• Assist in audits (internal, statutory, tax) by ensuring timely submission of required data.
• Support process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Work extensively on SAP FICO for accounting, AP, and reporting activities.

Candidate Details:

• Semi-qualified professional (CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Banking/NBFC.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas, data analysis).
• Solid understanding of TDS, GST, and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
