Website: https://www.infinx.com/international Key Accountabilities: Coordination with statutory auditor (Big 4) for Revenue/Invoicing of the US entities and resolve all their queries on a timely basis. Coordination with the Internal Audit team for Invoicing related data & resolve their queries. Coordination & communication with teams for audit requirements. Prepare Analytical review and reasoning of Revenue. Support to CSM team for the invoicing data, analysis. Support the team in rolling out the new projects, initiate and updating on the progress and its impact Updating various informative reports on a timely basis Identify the opportunities of automating/developing/improving the reports Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis Maintain invoicing timeline. Maintain data systematically. Co-ordinate with legal & accounting team for contract/Agreement. Co-ordinate with Other departments for understanding the invoicing data. Handling client queries regarding invoices. Ad hoc task provided by seniors. Requirements: CA qualified with 2-3 years’ experience Good communication skills Good in Excel and MS office application Knowledge of Tally and Xero will be an added advantage.
