Job Summary:

The role focuses on end-to-end revenue management, including timely and accurate invoicing, contract compliance, and revenue reconciliation. It involves tracking SLA adherence, service credits, and revenue losses, while also managing accounts receivables and supporting audits by maintaining detailed invoicing records and follow-ups on collections.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Revenue Management (Accounts Receivables)

Revenue management for the business – prepare invoices, close revenues, validate billing information monthlyGood understanding of the contracts related to the businessEnsure timely billing with accuracy, in line with contractsAnalyse data received from input sources and to check on compliance to contract and billingrequirementConduct Audit on invoicing to see overall compliance against contractual agreement and SLA parameters measured and factored during every invoicing cycleReconciliation of revenues with accounting

SLA Compliance

Tracking SLA compliance and impact of non-complianceTracking Service credits and its impact on businessKeeping Track of Revenue Loss

Receivables & Debtors Confirmation

Maintaining a database of all inputs used in invoicing and being the SPOC for providing input for allstatutory and internal audit requirementsTrack Receivables and unbilled revenueFollow up with CRM’s for Collections

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent written & verbal communication and articulation skillsGood analytical skillsExcel and PowerPoint proficiencyBasic understanding of business, levers and metrics would be an advantage
