Delhi Full-Time 3 - 5 years of experience Assistant Manager- Finance The Assistant Manager Finance plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial functions within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, strategic financial planning, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Assistant Manager Finance will contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organization by implementing sound financial practices and driving efficiency. Job Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities : Practical knowledge of General Accounting principles Assistance in Closing of monthly books Assist in finalizations of balance sheet, P&L and corresponding schedules Maintaining accounts receivable files and records, performing reconciliations and Maintaining customer relationship Processing vendor Invoices and Payments MIS Reporting using Advanced Excel sheets. Proactively data compilation support for Audit Assist in automating processes and procedures Other ad-hoc duties when required Skill Sets and qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA Proven experience 3-5 years in financial management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
