Company Description Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited plays a significant role in India's agricultural sector, accounting for nearly 13% of the country's total Urea production. With three state-of-the-art nitrogenous fertilizer plants in Gadepan, Kota, Rajasthan, the company has an annual production capacity of about 3.4 million MT of Urea. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance located in Kota. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring financial performance, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient financial management and supporting the senior management in strategic financial planning. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in preparing financial reports and analyzing financial data Experience with financial regulations and compliance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Chartered Accountant Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing industry at plant location Show more Show less
