Job Description

Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. Lead the finalization of accounts, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/Indian GAAP) and statutory guidelines. Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts and financial statements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies. Lead the annual budgeting process. Monitor budget variances and provide strategic recommendations for cost control. Develop and maintain robust MIS reporting frameworks to provide key financial insights to management. Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior leadership. Support business decision-making through in-depth financial analysis and forecasting. Liaison with statutory, internal, and tax auditors. Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Address audit queries promptly and implement corrective measures based on audit findings. Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and continuous improvement in financial processes.
