Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Company: Quinfy Technology Pvt. Ltd. With operations in over 35 countries, we enable secure and seamless employee onboarding for startups and enterprises globally. ⸻ Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance to manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and coordinate directly with clients and partners for invoicing, payments, and returns. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing • Generate and manage client invoices • Follow up with clients for overdue invoice payments • Coordinate with CA and accounting partners for filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns • Ensure all tax and regulatory compliances are met through CA partners • Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable records • Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS and financial reports • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations • Ensure timely vendor payments and employee reimbursements • Liaise with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies • Support leadership with financial data for decision-making ⸻ Requirements: • B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance; CA Inter preferred • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in finance/accounting roles • Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and compliance requirements • Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools • Experience coordinating with CA firms or financial consultants • Excellent communication, client coordination, and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management ⸻ Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office (Gurgaon) and 3 days remote ⸻ Why Join Quinfy? • Be part of a fast-growing, women-led HR Tech company • Work in an agile and innovation-driven environment • Exposure to global clients and cross-functional teams • Flexible and inclusive work culture ⸻ Apply Now Send your CV to contact@quinfy.com or apply via LinkedIn.
