Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee and lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support. Schedule and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage and efficient utilization of resources. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) along with Infection Control Protocol and standards for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various areas of the organization. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Address and resolve customer or staff complaints related to housekeeping services. Conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service. Oversee and lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support.s cleaning and maintenance needs.
