Job Description

Ability of managing team & balancing workloads

Sound knowledge of US Insurance and WC claims life cycle

Handle assigned claims and leverage digital platforms to enable effective operations

Communicate with the Onshore Team about any issues that arise

Ongoing transactions, monitoring and taking corrective actions where necessary or making incremental improvements

Graduation (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.

Manage Payment and Forms team

Ensure no Penalties or Interests are incurred on cases due to delay in processing

Provide overall view of SLAs & inventory to the stakeholders

Responsible for overall team performance on defined SLAs

Capable to manage/ resolve escalations

Ensure compliance with all regulatory/ legislative/ DOI requirements

Provide inputs and insights to enhance team knowledge and skill
