Job Description

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct legal research to support ongoing and future legal initiatives.
Manage and mitigate potential legal risks associated with business operations.
Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments within the organization.
Well verse with litigation process. Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices in the industry.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, including the Companies Act
Good understanding of land laws, land acquisition, MIDC compliance, Labour compliance.
Role & responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Law.
Experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Pursuing a Company Secretary Course is advantageous.
