Assistant Manager- Entra ID Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions to meet client needs, including configuration and deployment of identity management systems.
• Lead the integration of Entra ID with various platforms and applications to ensure seamless identity and access management.
• Develop identity governance frameworks to enhance security and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their current identity solutions and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and analyze the integration and performance of Entra ID, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and clients on the capabilities and best practices of Entra ID.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to security and privileged access management.
• Participate in project planning and execution for initiatives related to DLP, providing expert insights and technical expertise.
• Follow processes to maintain the DLP system and implement DLP fine-tuning rules/policies via Symantec DLP.
• Monitor and respond to alerts generated from the DLP systems and other technologies.
• Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential.

Skills Required:

• Azure AD (Must-Have)
• Microsoft Entra ID (Must-Have)
• Identity Access Management (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience in identity governance frameworks
• Integration skills for Entra ID with various platforms/applications
• Troubleshooting and performance monitoring expertise
• Knowledge of privileged access management
• Understanding of DLP (Data Loss Prevention) systems, preferably Symantec DLP
• Incident response and escalation handling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent are highly desirable.
