1.Identification of abnormal conditions / unsafe practices and establish measures to prevent it. 2. Establish best shop floor practices to improve safety culture. 3. Maintain and monitor safety equipments in good working conditions. 4. Ensure appropriate PPEs are procured and usages monitored. 5. Ensure applicable safety norms are strictly adhered at all time. 6. Ensure safety related SOP is framed displayed and ensure its adherence. 7. Ensure first aid facility is maintained in good condition. 8. Ensure fire fighting equipment’s are tested and maintained in good working condition at all time. 9. Conduct periodical programs / events & trainings to enhance safety awareness among employees. 10. Analysis of happened cases and take necessary measure to its non-occurrence. 11. Maintain and update applicable legal documents / records at all time. 12. Maintain Legal compliances related to DISH, MPCB, Fire office.
