Job Description: Assistant Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Company: Éclatmax Training & Consulting
Location: Work from Office (Mumbai – with flexibility to travel as required)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Role: Assistant Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Executive Assistant to the Managing Director – Support strategic business growth, executive tasks, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiatives & Business Development
Lead and support strategic initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and sharing actionable insights.
Collaborate on content creation, leveraging AI tools for quality and efficiency.
Manage execution of social media and public relations initiatives.
Plan and coordinate event invitations and manage follow-ups to strengthen brand presence and networking.
Executive Support & Administration
Manage the Managing Director’s professional and personal calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, events, and travel.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
Oversee preparation of documents, financial records, and expense management.
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all business dealings.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned by the organization’s senior leadership team.
Qualities We Are Looking For
Has completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
2–5 years of relevant work experience in executive support, strategic initiatives, or business development.
Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Technology-savvy, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Willingness to be based in Mumbai and travel as required.
Remuneration: CTC up to ₹4,80,000 per annum, based on experience and expertise.
