Job Description

Purpose of the Job In marketing and media, the digital marketing role will be the firstto capture the consumers imagination and represent the digital consumer withinthe marketing/media teams. This role will bridge the gap between brand team anddigital impact, bringing alive the \u2018Hows of digital through communicationplanning, campaign strategy, design, and execution. The Assistant Manager Digital will be a key stakeholder in driving the overarching digital agenda ofthe organization and integrating it into brand marketing interventions. Key Responsibilities: Market Trend Analysis : Monitor and identify emerging trends in content, technology,digital platforms, and consumer conversations relevant to the Pranah brand.Collaborate with digital/social agencies to ensure alignment with the brandsdigital agenda. Brand Communication Planning : Devise and execute the digital campaign strategy in collaborationwith brand teams and digital creative agencies, ensuring that campaignsresonate with target audiences. Digital Content Creation: Support the creation of platform-optimized advertising content andengaging materials. Ensure that all content is SEO-optimized to enhancevisibility and drive traffic to the brands website. Content Syndication andPartnerships : Drive the brands agenda for contentsyndication, sponsorships, influencers/creators, digital ambassadors, metaverseavatars, and brand ambassador bots. Innovation and Optimization : Consistently innovate to drive market-specific messaging, contentformats, and platforms through A/B testing and optimization. Community Building : Devise and grow the brands digital content footprint by buildingconsumer communities across existing platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter,WhatsApp, Facebook) and emerging platforms (Quora, Reddit, Telegram). SEO and Social Listening : Support the brands SEO initiatives for YouTube and the website,and assist in social listening efforts to inform content strategy and momentmarketing campaigns. Website Management : Lead the development and optimization of the website, ensuring italigns with brand objectives and enhances user experience. E-commerce Coordination : Collaborate with the Sales & distribution team to drivee-commerce channel sales and optimize online presence. Skills & Competencies Required: Digital Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social mediaplatforms, and e-commerce dynamics. Consumer Insight : In-depth knowledge of Gen Z consumer behavior and preferences. Creative Thinking : Ability to develop innovative and engaging content that drivesbrand awareness and consumer engagement. Analytical Skills : Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaignperformance and derive actionable insights. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectivecollaboration with internal teams and external partners. Requirements Qualifications Required: MBA in Marketing,Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution (preferredschools: XIC, SIMC). Prior Experience Required: 2-5 years of relevantexperience in digital marketing roles, preferably within CPG, D2C, ore-commerce companies, or as a creative planner in premier digital creativeagencies. Experience in managing socialmedia accounts, developing digital campaigns, and driving e-commercestrategies.
