As Assistant Manager, Development Planning & Feasibility, South Asia at Radisson, you will be responsible for supporting the activities of the RHG APACs development team in achieving their goals. Your main role will involve providing financial analysis of development projects, preparing financial and market models, and other development documents for prospective hotels. You will collaborate with the Development team to ensure that development proposals and financial documents are commercially viable. Additionally, you will track major market trends and manage the project approval process by distributing appropriate documentation for approval. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct preliminary project due diligence, including site inspection, market supply/demand analysis, and review of third-party studies - Undertake financial analysis of development opportunities through the project approval process - Assist the SEAP and India based development team during the approval process - Coordinate project approval process on behalf of the SEAP and India development team - Identify hotel development opportunities through industry contacts and market research - Manage industry contacts and coordinate meetings with relevant departments - Monitor ongoing market trends and maintain records of projects and new development opportunities - Update and maintain development templates - Maintain strong internal relationships for integrated approach to proposal production - Support initial market reviews and project feasibility analysis **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate office of a hotel company, hotel consultancy, hotel broker, or real estate company - Bachelor's degree preferred - Financial modeling experience and good presentation skills - Sound judgment and ability to build rapport at all levels - Knowledge of hotel development process and real estate dynamics in India and South Asia markets - Understanding of hotel branding and design - Knowledge of Salesforce This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Radisson's development projects in South Asia, while utilizing your financial analysis and project management skills effectively.,
