A dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager/Assistant Gerneral Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, with a proven track record in the capital goods industry. This role requires individuals with the ability to manage responsibilities across the West & South regions and is ideal for those looking for a long-term association with our organization. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Completed B.E. in Mechanical / Industrial Engg / Electricals / Electronics Engg Minimum work experience of at-least 4 years (for AM) and 8 years (for Mgr). Work Ex must be in similar capital goods industries only. Preferable from Pune location considering long term association with us in future. Responsible for West & South region i.e., can travel in these regions. Qualifications: Educational Qualification: oB.E. in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Must have experience working in capital goods industries
