Job Description

Role & responsibilities Drive sales in the region and generate revenue with focus on selling premium profiles Conduct regular travel at the region to meet the key influencers (architects and consultants) and customers to drive sales Maintain relationships with major architects and consultants who are influencers for brand maximization in the market Develop and monitor Lysaght Solution centers & other solution providers related to Lysaght business Ensure addressing clients pre-order queries for Lysaght projects and solutions Close coordination with the supply chain department for inventory management to cater the market demands for Lysaght business Meet the key influencers (architects and consultants), customers in the region to drive sales and to collect market information related to upcoming projects & competitors movement and revisit sales strategy for the region if required. Execute cost reduction strategies to increase profitability in Lysaght business Monitor and ensure receivables from clients are collected and processed on-time Assess all orders and ensure max. possible risk mitigation pertaining to Financials & Brand image. Engage with cross functional team like engineering, Construction, Market Preferred candidate profile Experience preferable in Building materials and components in direct / Project / B2B selling Project selling experience in Key Accounts, Corporate sales or institutional Sales Experience in handling Consultants and Architects. He should also have knowledge about the recent developments, trends in the market, as regards to Construction industry He should have been involved in marketing activities
