Role & responsibilities Handling sales for Coated steel coils business Manage Customer relations (Old & new). Maintaining CRM and sales processes. Develop market for TBSPL Coated steel products in Indian market Achieve Sales, spread, premium targets for Coated Steel products in market Effectively Co-ordinate with mill on day-to-day activities related to order booking and shipments w.r.t Sales dept. Introduce new customers in Indian market every year Ensure Zero Debtors, no overdues and nil bad debts Contribute to Coated Steel Sales and Marketing team with regular updates on Customers, Competitors and Inter/ Intra Material competition. Drive specification activities in Indian market Ensure excellent Customer relations and good rapport with competitors Adhere to all deadlines, Budgets and contribute effectively to monthly reports People Development - to increase the competency level of team members Conceptualizing and implementing strategies based on market requirements and competitors activities, gaining business share and market credibility. Improve the service package to the customers in relation to business objectives Presentation MS Power Point skills Preferred candidate profile 2 to 7 years of Sales experience in a Steel company in selling Coated Steel / Painted Steel products for Industrial applications Demonstrated understanding and application of Sales and Market Development Processes.
