Job Description

Role & responsibilities Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers for the vocational courses. Identify and build relationships with potential clients through market research and lead generation. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive digital and offline customer acquisition campaigns. Monitor key acquisition metrics and suggest improvements to enhance conversion rates. Manage partnerships and alliances to expand customer reach. Backend Operations: Oversee day-to-day backend operations, ensuring smooth workflow and process optimization. Manage and monitor data entry, record-keeping, and system updates related to customer onboarding. Work closely with sales, finance, and customer support teams to resolve operational challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze customer acquisition performance, operational efficiency, and key business metrics. Prepare reports and insights for senior management to drive strategic decisions. Identify bottlenecks in operations and suggest process improvements. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Post-Graduate/Graduate. Minimum 4 years of experience in customer acquisition, sales, or backend operations. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and workflow automation software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
