Job Description

Assistant Manager - CRM Who would be responsible for actively tracking and improving key CRM metrics & processes. We expect the person in this role to have a strong understanding of program management, data analytics, growth driven approaches along with innovative thinking and structured problem solving. The person in this role will also need to partner with brand, business & external vendors to drive initiatives set to achieve the annual targets taken on platform metrics. Role & responsibilities: Day to Day CRM operations Push notification campaign management Managing the operations team, reviewing & optimizing content + creative formats Tracking & improvement of the CRM channel metrics Analyzing campaign metrics Initiatives to improve existing metrics Program managing engineering ask for features Key Requirements & Skills: Data Analytics and decision making skills Structured thinking & keen problem solving skills High Bias for action & audacious thinking Strong stakeholder management with business, product & analytics Creative thinking is preferred Technical capabilities - good to have: Expertise in Excel & Google Sheets Familiar with CRM SaaS tools & software Educational/ Work ex: Regular MBA/B.Tech. Min 1-2 Years of experience in relevant role.
