About the Role: Engagement & Conversion Rates across CRM Channels Customer Retention & Repeat Purchase Rates Churn Prevention & Customer Resurrection Metrics CRM Campaign Performance & ROI Growth in contribution of RedTab Loyalty Program to overall business Effectiveness of Customer Segmentation & Personalization Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns to boost customer engagement and ROI. Use customer data and tools like CleverTap to create targeted segments and automate personalized journeys. Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to refine strategies and improve results. Ensure a seamless, personalized experience across all CRM touchpoints to enhance customer loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with business and marketing objectives. About you: Bachelor s Business/Engineering/Statistics . MBA (not a must, but will be good to have) 5-7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Loyalty Management, preferably in Fashion Retail, or D2C E-commerce. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Netcore, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and churn prevention. Experience in conceptualizing and executing reports and dashboards Experience in running multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
