Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in Continuously assess and improve cost control processes and methodologies
Participation in develop and maintain the costing system for raw materials, labour, and overhead costs etc.,
Assisting in maintaining the cost records and cost audit.
Prepare and present daily/monthly/periodical cost reports, including cost variance analysis, margin reports, and product costing.
Provide cost data for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Participation in Monthly/periodical budget preparation.
Daily monitoring the Production and material consumption entries in the ERP and arranging the various MIS reports/data to management / HO.
Preparation of periodical financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and operational insights. Actual Vs Plan Variance analysis.
Participating in strengthening the ERP Processes, masters data, new modules implementation, reports etc., and maintaining the accuracy in accounts and various ERP reports.
Analyse financial data to provide recommendations on improving financial performance, cost management, and profitability. Drive cost control initiatives by analysing cost structures and identifying areas for improvement.

Education & Experiences:

ICWA Inter / MBA / M. Com
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in Plant Costing & MIS or similar roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector (experience in steel manufacturing is a plus).
