Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team, responsible for Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing compensation and benefits programs.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and employee communications.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HR software and systems, including payroll processing and employee data management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
