Read and actively search information that helps you understand your client s industry. Tracks competitive and other information that will be of value to your teams and clients. Develop an understanding of how to work with clients and industry experts including communication, time tracking, monthly reports etc. Act as a point of contact for clients. Client Relationship Management - build good relations with clients and leverage them to get more business. Ensure a continuous business pipeline People Management- Train, coach, and supervise 1-2 people teams. Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and produced to the highest possible standard.
