We re looking for a detail-strong, insight-led Assistant Manager to help scale our gifting business. This is a taste-first role: you ll curate with instinct, back it with data, and shape a catalogue that feels fresh, relevant, and delightful. You ll expand the assortment, track product performance, build strong vendor relationships, and ensure every addition feels intentional and user-centric.

What you ll do

Identify gaps and discover products that match user needs, market trends, and our brand sensibility

Onboard high-quality vendors and build dependable, long-term partnerships

Analyse data to spot trends, optimise performance, and guide smarter decisions

Work closely with partnerships, operations, and content teams to improve conversion and launch new products seamlessly

Keep the catalogue sharp: accuracy, QC, category health, and smooth go-lives

Constantly refresh the assortment with a curator s eye: balancing taste, utility, and demand

What you bring

A sharp eye for detail and a natural sense of what good looks like

Strong curatorial instinct: you understand user motivations, gifting occasions, and what will

resonate

Ability to work fast, adapt to new systems, and manage multiple stakeholders

Prior experience in category management, merchandising, or e-commerce is a plus
